This post is about that ‘original’ piece and the document that it became. To keep things simple, I’m going to refer to it as ‘the contract’. You’ll see why below. It started as a joke and remains one (in a funny sense I hope), but maybe something that you will find interesting. In drafting the contract, it allowed me the opportunity to write an extensive list of all the topics, genres and interests that keep me excited. T​he Saint Christophe Estate is located in Champvent, Switzerland. Being one of the most beautiful estates, it’s not surprising that it is in one of the most naturally beautiful countries.

T​he surrounding land is comprised of fields, many fields, and snowy mountains in the distance. One of those mountains is the infamous Mont Blanc, for anyone interested in climbing. Needless to say, the view is absolutely stunning. The old-fashioned homes scattered around the landscape remind you of the historical importance of the land.

The 16th century styling of the buildings practically brings you back in time. A bell tower, from 1703, stands true on the property to this day. Although this historic monument might not suit everyone, the flair of century-old architecture along with the pure size of the estate has me sold.

I​ mean, c’mon, 20 bedrooms looking out into the Swiss Alps… need I say more?
